Our clients asked so we listened. We understand that not every event is to thousands of people in massive halls but you still want to show your high standards with high quality delivery of your message.
Our small audio mixers, portable video systems, projectors, screens and more are all designed bring professional facilities to all sizes of events - and we're confident our prices will surprise you.
Below are just some suggestions for your small event but we will happily provide as much - or as little - as you require.
VIDEO
Video filming with single or multi-camera options. We film using 4K UHD (Ultra High Definition) cameras to give you the very best picture quality to watch now on our big screen(s), on the live stream or watch later on-demand for excellent marketing or just a wonderful memory
BIG SCREEN(S)
It may seem like a simple thing to say but your guests and visitors will be far more engaged if they can see what's going on so ensure each and every one of them can see exactly what's happening at your event with our LED screens. Usual sizes up to 6 metres x 3 metres (but we can go bigger if you like!)
LIVE STREAM
Live streaming of events is pretty-much essential to many people these days so make yours a quality one. Our state-of-the-art equipment can showcase your organisation to the whole world - or just to the people who simply couldn't get there. We offer multiple options from single-camera-basics to multi-camera productions.
AUDIO / SOUND / PA
It's easy to forget how important high quality sound is - but we never do. We provide audio/sound/PA systems suitable for every event. Even when you don't need a full rock-concert system one of our basic, but quality, microphones and PA packages will improve your event immensely.
STAGING
Something of an optional extra really. We understand that many venues already have their own halls with stages so you might prefer to use those. We're good with that but if you need it we will happily design and provide any stage requirement you have. Entirely up to you!
LIGHTING
Another optional extra. We fully understand that your event simply might not require a lighting system but it's available if you choose. Some venues might be a little dark and need a few lights. As always with TVW Events - we're all about giving you exactly what you want.
